Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is Fast and FREE on all orders of $50 or more. Domestic orders will arrive in 3-7 business days from the time the order was placed. For domestic orders we also offer EXPRESS 2-3 business day shipping. All express orders will require the customer to be present for a signature at time of delivery.
Orders with destinations outside the U.S. will arrive in 7-21 business days, depending on customs, from the time the order was placed. All orders shipped outside the US will incur an additional shipping charge. All orders that are subject to dues or customs are the receiver’s responsibility.
We now offer UPS Next Business Day Air. This is for domestic orders only. Guarantee delivery, next business day after processing. UPS does not delivery on the weekends or most holidays. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. All disputes regarding ship times are to be disputed with UPS directly.
For our military customers, all packages must go through the United States Postal Services, standard priority shipping. The APO or FPO packages can not be delivered through USPS EXPRESS or UPS.

We make shipping simple. You get free shipping on all domestic orders which total $50 or more.
Domestic shipping
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We know you will want to start the HCG Diet right away, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from HCGDiet.com, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days.
Express shipping is available for an additional charge. A signature is required at the time of delivery for express shipments.
International shipping
We ship anywhere in the world! All international orders are shipped express. The average shipping/customs process takes 7-21 business days. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other associated fees.
Privacy & Security
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Returns & Replacements
We are confident in the quality and safety of our product and trust that those persons purchasing Sublingual HCG from us know what they are buying. The Hcg Formula sold at HcgDiet.com is a unique formula. It is not meant to treat any kind of disease.
We do not offer refunds for opened or damaged products. We do not offer exchanges. If an order comes back to us within 30 days, for any reason international or domestic, of the purchase date, sealed and undamaged, we offer a partial refund. A 20 percent handling and restocking fee will be retained upon refunding.
We recommend returning your orders through a form of delivery that can be traced (e.g., UPS), and we require that returned products be received within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
All shipping or courier costs for returned products will be borne solely by the customer unless otherwise prohibited by law. Any damage or loss that occurs to returned products during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Should the product arrive at HCGDiet.com damaged (thereby rendering it non-resalable), we will reject the shipment. Partial returns will not be accepted or refunded.
At the discretion of HCGDiet.com, products may be exchanged if the products are damaged in shipment.
Canceled orders: All canceled orders are subject to a 20% handling, and restocking fee.
