HCG Diet Recipes

 

Lobster Covered Salad

  • 100 g cooked lobster in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 serving Tarragon Vinaigrette
  • Sliced strawberries (optional)

 

In a non-stick pan, sauté the lobster, lemon juice, onion, green onion, tarragon, garlic powder and salt & pepper until the onion is tender. Arrange green leafy lettuce on a plate and spoon the lobster mixture over it. Top with 1 serving of Tarragon Vinaigrette.

*Serve with sliced strawberries for a treat.

Counts as: 1 protein serving, 1 vegetable serving, 1 fruit serving (optional)

 

 

 

 


Hearty Phase 2 Chili

HCG Diet Approved Chili

  • 3.5 oz ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt (or garlic powder)
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes or 1/2 can diced tomatoes (Pick a brand with no added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

In a non-stick pan, put in the brown hamburger add seasoning with garlic salt. After you have mixed the hamburger
and garlic salt to a good even amount. Add garlic, minced onion, and cook until onions are soft. Once the onions are soft you can add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Remember if you're using fresh ingrediants like tomatoes, hamburger you may need to let the chili cook a longer!
The wait is worth the added flavor. This recipe is easy and only takes a few minutes of preparation.
