HCG Diet Plan

The HCG diet plan does not need to be mixed. Drops are taken 3 times per day, typically preceding breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not eat or drink anything 15 minutes before or after taking HCG drops. Using the oral syringe provided, drop .38 ml of HCG under your tongue and hold for at least 15 seconds before swallowing. Keep dropper very clean. You can carry your HCG drops and HCG diet plan with you throughout the day, but it's best to keep it in a cool, dark place. If you're at home, the fridge is best. Note: taking more than the recommended dosage from the HCG diet plan could result in depleting of drops before the 26 or 40 days are finished.

Days 1-2: Fat Loading + HCG Drops

For the first two days, begin taking the HCG drops. Eat full portion servings of high fat foods. This may include: Eggs, avacados, butter, yogurt, dairy, nuts, seeds, etc. (High Fat Foods) Do NOT skip this step. This step is crucial, because the loading phase stocks normal fat cells and prepares the body to burn abnormal fat, resulting in fast weight-loss. 

Days 3-23 (or 3-37): 500 Calorie Diet + HCG Drops

Beginning the third day of the HCG diet plan, you will continue taking the HCG drops three times per day and you will begin the 500 calorie diet. The included B-Vitamin supplement is taken once a day in the morning or early afternoon.

Most condiments contain fat and sugar and are not allowed during the HCG Diet plan. NO oils, butter or dressings.

The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning. Red all spice labels to make sure there is no sugar. salsa or Pico de Gallo with NO sugar in moderation. 1 TBSP of milk is allowed per day.

Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in any quantity and at all times.

Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water per day. The body is more inclined to retain water when the intake falls below its normal requirements.

Days 24-26 (or 38-40): 500 Calorie Diet, no more HCG drops

The last three days of the HCG diet plan, you will continue with the 500 calorie diet, but stop taking the drops. It will take up to three ads for the HCG to be out of your system. The next step, Maintenance Phase, is a very important step to maintaining your new weight.

The Next Three Weeks: Maintenance Phase

It takes about 3 weeks before the weight reached at the end of the treatment becomes stable, meaning your weight does not show violent fluctuations after an occasional excess. During this maintenance phase you are training your body to remain at it's new weight consistently in preparation for adding starches back into your post HCG diet plan regimen. Calories should be a maximum of 1500/day, you do not want your body to feel like it's starving. This will cause it to store fat again.

You will typically eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2-3 snacks throughout the day. During this period you must realize that sugars and carbohydrates are by far the most dangerous. No breads, potatoes, rice, past, sweets, etc. Eat healthy meals of meats, fruits and vegetables adding in good fats like olive oil, nuts, dairy, eggs and avocados. Small quantities of alcohol can also be indulged in. this has to be observed very carefully during the first 3 weeks after the restrictive diet is ended otherwise weight will most likely be gained and the lasting results of HCG will be compromised. This is the perfect time to add exercise back int your life regularly.

Remember your finishing weight on day 26 and then continue to weigh yourself every day. If you find that you have gained 3 or more pounds from your finishing weight, you must perform a Steak Day. Eat nothing for breakfast or lunch and have a large steak and an apple for dinner that night. Remember to drink lots of water. this combination will brine your weight back down the following day.
