HCG Diet Plan
On the HCG Diet Plan drops are taken 3 times per day, preceding breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not eat or drink anything 15 minutes before or after taking HCG drops. Place the drops under your tongue for at least 15 seconds before swallowing. Note: taking more than the recommended dosage from the HCG diet plan could result in early depletion of drops.
Days 1-2: Fat Loading + HCG Drops
- Start Taking The HCG Drops
- Eat High Fatty Foods
- DO NOT skip this step
Days 3-23 (or 3-37): 500 Calorie Diet + HCG Drops
- Keep Taking The HCG Drops
- Begin 500 Calorie Diet
- Take B-Vitamin Supplement Daily For Energy
Approved Food While On The HCG Diet
Days 24-26 (or 38-40): 500 Calorie Diet, no more HCG drops
- Last Three Days Stop Taking Drops
- Stay on 500 calorie Diet
- HCG Drops Will Leave Body In The Three Days
Stalls:
Apple Day (To be used after second day of a stall)
- Normal HCG Diet Breakfast
- Have only an Apple for each of the following meals:
- Lunch
- Afternoon Snack
- Dinner
- After Dinner Snack
- Breakfast
- Mid Morning Snack
The Next Three Weeks: Maintenance Phase
- Begin Maintenance Phase
- Start 1500 Calorie Diet
- Break 1500 Calories up between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks
- Stay away from Sugars and Carbohydrates
Pay attention to your weight on Day 26(40) If you Gain 3 lbs In The Mainenance Phase Then You Need To Do a Bonus Phase.
Bonus Phase: Steak Day
- Eat nothing for breakfast or lunch.
- For Dinner have a large steak and an apple
- Remember to drink plenty of water
