- Fresh Salsa (no sugar)
*Special Vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Peppers – Can be a part of the HCG Diet Food List, however, if desired results are slowing stop eating these vegetables.
*Egg substitution: For your meat you can substitute with 3 egg whites and 1 full egg.
